Come join our team at our expanding facility at Dr. Reddy’s in Monmouth Junction, NJ.  This critical position will provide Method Develop support for our R&D product development labs.

Responsibilities include:

·         Develop robust analytical methods for products under development and provide continuous support from feasibility to scale up of the products to facilitate timely ANDA submissions.

·         Validate various analytical methods for Raw Materials & Finished Products using different analytical techniques to be used by internal & external laboratories.

·         Transfer the validated analytical methods to external labs within Dr. Reddy’s domestic & international sites and CMOs.

·         Identify the critical parameters involved & troubleshoot when and as required to facilitate smooth method transfer and support product testing.

·         Maintain GLP (good laboratory practices) & GDP (good documentation practices) in the analytical laboratory in adherence to SOPs, quality, compliance and DEA regulations.



·         BS or M.S. in Analytical Chemistry with 4 - 6 years of R&D analytical experience in a pharmaceutical environment.

·         In-depth knowledge and experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, IR, KF), dissolution, and wet chemistry.

·         Knowledge of GLP, & GDP procedures; and  FDA & DEA regulations.

·         Good analytical, communication (written & verbal), and organization skills required, and good presentation skills a plus.

·         Good computer skills including experience with MS Office Suite
